A shared home works best when we care for each other and the space.

We created Wild Souls to be a place of connection, creativity, and ease. This isn’t just a coliving space — it’s a shared home. By staying with us, you agree to uphold the following principles so that everyone can feel safe, respected, and free to be themselves.

1. Be kind. Be inclusive.

We welcome people from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life. Treat everyone with kindness, curiosity, and respect. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, ability, nationality, or any other identity is not tolerated.

2. Respect personal boundaries.

Always seek consent — in conversation, physical space, and social interaction. Some people are here to connect deeply; others are here to rest and recharge. Both are valid.

3. Take care of the space.

Please clean up after yourself, especially in shared areas like the kitchen, bathrooms, and coworking spaces. Treat the house and everything in it with care. If something breaks or isn’t working, let us know.

4. Share the vibe, not the noise.

Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am on weekdays and 12am to 9am on weekends. Use headphones for calls or music in shared spaces. Be mindful of your volume — sound carries in old Portuguese houses!

5. Guests & security.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you want to invite someone to visit, just ask us first. We trust the people in this house, but things happen — so we recommend keeping your valuables in your room rather than out in shared spaces. It’s just a small way we all help keep the space safe and easy.

6. Talk it out.

If something’s bothering you, try speaking directly and kindly with the person involved. If that feels hard, come talk to us — we’re always here to help mediate or listen.

7. When things go wrong.

If someone behaves in a way that harms others or repeatedly violates this code, we reserve the right to ask them to leave, with no refund. This includes harassment, violence, theft, and any behavior that makes the space feel unsafe.
