Volunteer at Wild Souls
We’re looking for volunteers for the 2026 season (March - November)!
To apply, please send an inquiry to wildsoulscoliving @ gmail. com with your resume, portfolio, or whatever you feel like best demonstrates your personality, experience, and skills. Please be sure to indicate which position you’re interested in and your availability. Volunteers are expected to make a minimum of a 2-month commitment.
Who we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves being part of a community — and helping it thrive.
You’re someone who naturally steps into a leadership role, not because you want authority, but because you care about people, shared experiences, and the small details that make a space feel welcoming.
When you’re bored, you’re more likely to strike up a conversation or join what’s happening around you than scroll on your phone. You enjoy connection, curiosity, and presence — and you bring that energy into shared spaces.
You’re naturally clean, organized, and thoughtful, with a strong eye for detail. You notice when something’s off, take initiative to fix it, and don’t wait to be asked or for someone else to do it. You take pride in keeping things running smoothly, from big moments to the smallest touchpoints.
You have varied interests and love both learning and teaching — whether that’s through skill shares, conversations, creative pursuits, or shared activities. You’re enthusiastic, energetic, and curious, and that shows in how you engage with others.
You’ve had some form of professional or project-based experience that demonstrates your ability to work independently, manage your time well, meet deadlines, and take ownership of tasks from start to finish. You’re comfortable with self-management and don’t need constant direction to stay on track.
You understand prioritization: knowing what needs attention first, what can wait, and how to keep things moving in the right order, even when things get busy.
Finally, you’re fluent in English, comfortable communicating with people from many backgrounds, and excited to contribute to a shared environment built on connection, care, and presence. Proficiency in Portuguese is a huge plus!
